Search Contacts by Industry & State
Navigate to Contacts in your dashboard. Select your industry (e.g., Solar, Healthcare, HVAC) and target state. You will see a list of businesses with intent signals — no credit card required to browse.
Pro tip: Start with HOT signals only. These are prospects who took a concrete action (filed a permit, submitted an application) in the last 7 days.
Reveal Your First Contact
Click "Reveal" on any contact to unlock their full details: phone, email, website, decision-maker name, and the specific signal that triggered the match. Basic reveals cost 1-3 credits. You have 25 free credits to start.
Pro tip: The cost preview shows exactly how many credits each reveal costs BEFORE you click. No surprises.
Set Up an Automation Rule
Go to Automations in the sidebar. Create a trigger rule: pick your signal types, industries, and states. Choose a target sequence. Now every time a matching signal fires, the contact is automatically enrolled — SIE becomes a 24/7 prospecting engine.
Pro tip: Start with a daily limit of 10-25 enrollments. Scale up once you see response rates.
Create Your First Sequence
Go to Sequences and click "Create." Use the AI wizard to generate a 3-step sequence tailored to your industry, or build one manually. Each step can be email, delay, or condition (if opened/replied).
Pro tip: Reference the specific signal in your first email: "I noticed your company recently [filed a permit / started evaluating vendors]." This 10x your response rate vs generic outreach.
Connect Your Sending Channel
Go to Integrations and connect your preferred sending method. Gmail OAuth gives the best deliverability (sends from your real inbox). Instantly or Smartlead handles warmup and rotation for volume. Custom SMTP works with any provider.
Pro tip: You can change your ESP per-sequence. Use Gmail for high-value prospects, Instantly for volume campaigns.
